Prompted by the revision of the Liquor Tax Act in October 2026, BRUNO and Yo-Ho Brewing are collaborating to introduce 5 pairings of snacks made with the Glass Air Fryer and craft beers.
As efforts to propose ways to enjoy beer based on factors other than price gain momentum following the revision of the Liquor Tax Act, BRUNO is working with Yo-Ho Brewing to introduce pairings of snacks made with the Glass Air Fryer and craft beers. The recipes reportedly require only adding the ingredients and setting the temperature and time, making it easy to achieve the savoury crispness suited to fried foods.
PAIRING 01 combines grilled spare ribs and orange with Indian Aoki, reportedly bringing out the citrus aroma and the savoury flavour of the meat. PAIRING 02 combines cheese-filled cutlets made with hanpen and imitation crab with Shoki no Satan, reportedly featuring a light texture and the aroma of hops. PAIRING 03 pairs rich fondant chocolate cake with Nemureru Shishishi, with the balance between sweetness and maltiness discussed. PAIRING 04 combines garlic shrimp with Uradori no Dondabada, with the flavours of garlic and shrimp reportedly complementing the beer's aroma. PAIRING 05 combines tandoori chicken with Yona Yona Ale, with the spicy and citrus aromas reportedly creating a synergistic effect.
The BRUNO Glass Air Fryer's specifications are reportedly as follows: price ¥13,200, capacity 3.5L, temperature 60–200°C, cooking time 1–60 minutes, and a heat-resistant glass exterior. Specifications for other products are also provided on BRUNO's product page, which reportedly directs users to the official website.
