KELA announced that it had signed a collaboration agreement with Fujitsu for the Japanese market, combining global threat intelligence with advanced services to accelerate the adoption of active cyber defense (ACD), which detects attacks before they occur.
KELA and Fujitsu have signed a collaboration agreement concerning the rollout of KELA Group’s cybersecurity solutions in the Japanese market. The agreement covers both the managed security service provider (MSSP) model, aimed at providing managed security services, and the reseller model, involving the resale and deployment of KELA solutions.
The collaboration will combine cyber threat intelligence (CTI) collected and analyzed by KELA from the global dark web and cybercrime communities with technologies including attack surface management (ASM), continuous threat exposure management (CTEM), and third-party risk visibility and supply chain risk management (TPRM), together with Fujitsu’s service delivery capabilities.
The aim is to accelerate the shift from conventional defense after damage has occurred to “active cyber defense (ACD),” which identifies attackers’ activities and indicators in advance, assesses risks before damage occurs and links them to countermeasures.
The main solutions cited for the collaboration are the KELA CTI Platform (threat intelligence), ULTRARED CTEM Platform (ASM/CTEM), and SLING TPRM Platform (third-party risk visibility and supply chain risk management). Fujitsu will use its practical Red Team expertise and comprehensive capabilities to provide these solutions to companies, government agencies and social infrastructure operators.
