Singer Goto Maki (後藤 真希), 41, appeared at a promotional event in Tokyo for hexaraphan, a compound found in Japanese horseradish. Looking back on reaching 27 years since her debut, she revealed physical changes.
She said that she had begun to feel more fatigued with age, and that she valued inner care alongside external maintenance. Her morning routine had also changed: she now drinks water when she wakes up and has increased the number of times she drinks water during the day.
She said that she had become more conscious of protein and vitamins in her diet and was also making an effort to cook for herself. Toward the end of the event, she smiled after receiving a surprise 41st birthday celebration.
The event introduced hexaraphan, a compound found in Japanese horseradish, as having the potential to protect brain cells. It was promoted as a focus of interest for improving cognitive function and preventing Alzheimer's disease.
