The “ISETAN SEAFOOD SELECTION,” an event centered on seafood, will open at the Food Collection on the basement 1st floor of the Main Building of the Isetan Shinjuku Store from 28 October to 3 November 2026. Nine brands will present seafood dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.
The “ISETAN SEAFOOD SELECTION,” an event centered on seafood, will be held at the Food Collection on the basement 1st floor of the Main Building of the Isetan Shinjuku Store. It will run from 28 October 2026 (Wednesday) to 3 November 2026 (Tuesday, public holiday), bringing together 9 brands distinguished by their commitment to ingredients and the skills of their artisans. A diverse selection of seafood products will be available as part of a weeklong celebration of autumn flavors.
The “Not Just Japanese” section will showcase seafood-themed products centered on Chinese and Italian cuisine, along with offerings from first-time participants and live-cooking menus. Examples include fried rice from Akasaka Sakura Sakasu, SPICA’s octopus and squid-ink lasagna, Unagi Honda’s grilled eel bento, Baramon Shokudo’s Matsuura horse mackerel fry, Uoei’s mackerel marinated in mirin, Saikichi’s Kin no Sanma, and makimaki’s Yoku Bary mini Box.
Eat-in options and live-cooking menus will also be available. Each brand will offer a dish that brings out the quality of its ingredients, and products exclusive to the Isetan Shinjuku Store will also be sold.
