As the main manufacturing plant of the Uchida Yoko Group, a trading group serving the office, education and information systems sectors, Sanyo Engineering & Construction Inc. is primarily responsible for developing and manufacturing office furniture. Its strengths include the ability to complete a series of processes, including design, processing, welding, painting and assembly, in-house. Based in Kanuma, it has established an integrated in-house production system without outsourcing, and is highly likely to be enhancing its competitiveness in terms of quality control and delivery responsiveness.
In line with this initiative, Sanyo Engineering & Construction Inc. is moving forward with the establishment of a brand and aims to expand its business through its own brand strength. The brand strategy is expected to expand its customer base, strengthen proposals for new functions and designs, and support product development and more stable supply by capitalising on its in-house production system.
