The First Bank of Toyama raised its consolidated forecast for the April-September 2026 period, lifting interim net profit to ¥8.9 billion. It also raised its full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 to ¥14.0 billion.
On 30 October, The First Bank of Toyama raised its consolidated forecast for the period from April through September 2026. Interim net profit is expected to reach ¥8.9 billion, up 22% from the previously announced forecast of ¥8.0 billion. On a standalone basis, the increase in securities-related gains and the decrease in credit-related expenses are expected to contribute.
The bank also raised its consolidated net profit forecast for the full fiscal year ending March 2027 from the previously announced ¥13.0 billion to ¥14.0 billion.
The upward revision reflects the expansion of securities-related gains and the decrease in credit-related expenses, which are expected to drive results above the initial outlook.
