TASUKI Holdings Inc., which develops new-build investment IoT residences together with 新日本建物, has raised its earnings outlook for the fiscal year ending September 2026 from its previous forecast. The figures were reviewed following the business’s progress after the integration that launched operations in April 2024.
Operating profit is forecast at ¥13.65 billion. This represents an increase of approximately 54.8% year on year, and is approximately 24% above the previous forecast.
The improvement in the gross profit margin is attributed to project selling prices substantially exceeding the plan set at the beginning of the fiscal year. This is said to have driven an improvement in the margin.
