FPT has been formally certified as a ServiceNow Service Provider. Using this as a springboard, it will strengthen its ServiceNow delivery capabilities for Japanese companies and provide end-to-end support from planning through operations and improvement.
FPT Software Japan Co., Ltd. announced that it had been formally certified under ServiceNow's Service Provider Program. The certification will enable FPT to further deepen its collaboration with ServiceNow in the Japanese market and strengthen its end-to-end support, from consulting through implementation, operations and improvement.
Building on the certification, FPT aims to deliver more practical value for the operational transformation of Japanese companies by combining its extensive technical capabilities and implementation track record with the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem.
FPT is also scheduled to exhibit at ServiceNow World Forum Tokyo 2026, to be held at Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa from 27 to 28 October 2026. Through mini-sessions and capability presentations, it will seek to expand opportunities for collaboration.
FPT will continue investing in and strengthening its ServiceNow business structure, while seeking to deliver new value to the Japanese market and enhance its presence in Japan's ServiceNow ecosystem.
