株式会社パパネッツ exhibited as an associate member at “Trunk Room Day Fest 2026,” an event hosted by the Japan Self-Storage Association (JSSA). At the パパネッツ booth, services for self-storage operators, including regular patrols of rental containers, were introduced.
The event was held against a backdrop of growing demand in the self-storage market, driven by the expansion of working from home and the more efficient use of living space. The storage services market is expected to reach ¥8.787 billion in fiscal 2024 and ¥9.178 billion in fiscal 2025. The number of units operated by major industry player エリアリンク reached 138,050 at the end of September 2026, an increase of approximately 10% from the end of 2025.
パパネッツ representative Ito Hiroaki (伊藤 裕昭) valued the opportunity to hear directly about operational challenges and said the company would apply the patrol and inspection systems it has developed with partners nationwide to the industry's growth. He emphasized the company's willingness to support the association's activities as an associate member.
The event included lectures held in conjunction with Trunk Room Day, presentations and booth exhibitions, a lecture on methods for generating new store-opening opportunities, an on-site tour and a networking event.
