Infomart will launch its new "Connected" series in spring 2027. The company will digitize the outsourced processing of paper and PDF invoices and gradually expand functions that use AI to analyze accumulated data for management decision-making.
Infomart, a major provider of electronic invoicing services, plans to launch new services in spring 2027, including "Connected Invoice Issuance" and "Connected Invoice Receipt." This will enable the centralized management of the receipt and processing of paper and PDF invoices, while digitizing and streamlining subsequent processes such as approvals and journal entries.
The new services will use AI-OCR technology to identify invoices and digitize them while preserving the different invoicing and receipt methods used by each business partner. Development will be conducted jointly with invox, which was made a subsidiary as an equity-method affiliate in January.
Infomart has stated that it plans to link the accumulated data with an AI management analytics system in the future, with the aim of understanding revenue structures and enhancing management.
