Finatext Holdings announced that group company Nowcast had built an automation platform on Snowflake for Resona Asset Management, equipped with an investment trust database and 4 functions.
Nowcast, a subsidiary of Finatext Holdings, announced that it had built an automation platform in a Snowflake environment in collaboration with Resona Asset Management, part of the Resona Holdings group, to improve and upgrade the efficiency of preparing and updating investment trust fact sheets and prospectuses.
The new environment includes a database and folder structure within Snowflake, which Resona Asset Management already operates. Data can be loaded from the Word files used previously and stored and centrally managed as structured data.
The company said it had also developed and implemented 4 core functions to improve business processes, including condition-based filtering and a natural-language fund search function.
