Yakiniku Yappa.’s Shin-Yurigaoka location, its first in Kanagawa Prefecture, officially opened today. Based on the company’s medium-term plan for digital food technology, the new store model incorporating the proprietary WaoPad OS and serving and cleaning robots has officially begun operations.
The Shin-Yurigaoka location opened today as the brand’s first store in Kanagawa Prefecture and has been positioned as its flagship location. It is conveniently located 2 minutes on foot from Shin-Yurigaoka Station, and has begun testing a new dining experience combining a calm atmosphere with the latest technology.
The group’s digital food technology strategy is at the core of its medium-term management plan, and it has established a system in which systems and robots handle everything from ordering and serving to floor cleaning. By introducing its proprietary ordering OS, WaoPad, along with serving and cleaning robots, the group aims to improve operational efficiency and provide high-quality service.
Three key attractions are highlighted: first, smart hospitality using the OS and robots; second, meat dishes emphasizing the balance between quality and price; and third, a refined space close to the station. The OSS centralizes operations from the tables through to the kitchen, while the CADEBOT and JINNY robots divide the serving and cleaning roles.
The new store overview lists basic information including the store name, opening date, address, telephone number and opening hours, with reservations and availability checks provided via external links. The store plans to centralize preparation at a central kitchen to achieve consistent flavor and stable operations.
