Investment and Acquisition Timing in an Era of Rising Corporate Values and an IPO Rush,” which will examine changes resulting from Vietnam's entry into emerging-market status and changes in M&A. The webinar will begin at 15:00 on Thursday, 17 December 2026.
The 30-minute webinar will target Japanese companies considering or pursuing business in the Vietnamese market and will organize key issues related to M&A and capital markets. It is expected to explain how the market upgrade could affect financing conditions, corporate values, and the timing of investments and acquisitions.
The speaker will be Hatakoshi Masaaki (波多腰 正明) of the Strategic Consulting Department at ONE-VALUE Co., Ltd.
