プラザクリエイト has entered into a business partnership with Fast Doctor to establish an environment connecting users at workplaces and facilities to online medical consultations from OneBo private rooms. It will also develop OneBo Natura, a new product compliant with the Fire Service Act, and aims to sell 2,000 units in fiscal 2027.
プラザクリエイト announced that it will combine OneBo's highly private individual-room spaces with the online medical consultation system supported by Fast Doctor, creating an environment where users can consult doctors from workplaces and day-care facilities. This will provide a new point of access to medical care while retaining the existing use of the spaces for online meetings and web-based business discussions.
OneBo Natura is a new fire-resistant product that complies with the Fire Service Act. Its direct sales price is ¥450,000 (¥495,000 including tax). The company aims to sell 2,000 units in fiscal 2027 and plans to expand adoption by companies and facilities. OneBo has recorded approximately 2,000 installations since sales began in 2021.
The features of the integrated OneBo and Fast Doctor service include online medical consultations available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; connection to a doctor, in principle, within 15 minutes after the required information has been registered; the ability to consult without concern about people nearby in a private room; support for receiving prescription medication after the consultation; and the ability to use the space as a conventional private room when it is not being used for medical consultations.
A survey on seeking medical care when feeling unwell during working hours found that 69.9% of workers had postponed or abandoned seeking medical care or consulting a doctor because of work commitments. The report also found that a high proportion had experienced reduced concentration or prolonged symptoms.
