FRUTA FRUTA’s Choco-Coated Acai Cubes, launched on 28 September, are a new product consisting of bite-sized acai bowls coated in chocolate. Each individually wrapped bag contains 50g (10g × 5 pieces).
The chocolate coating has a smooth mouthfeel, while the inside features a crisp, shaved-ice-like texture reminiscent of an acai bowl. The contrasting textures can be enjoyed together, and the product is designed to be relatively low in calories at approximately 20.8kcal per piece.
Banana and grapes are added to the acai, while a plant-based sweetener made with monk fruit extract enhances the chocolate’s bitterness. The combination balances the cocoa flavor and the sweetness of the fruit in a single bite.
