Morita Shunpei (森田俊平), who changed from SBI Shinsei Bank to Fukushima Bank in June and took office as vice president, indicated that the bank intends to make maximum use of its implemented next-generation banking system by drawing on feedback from front-line employees.
Morita Shunpei (森田俊平) took office as vice president of Fukushima Bank in June and was introduced as someone who had been involved in implementing the next-generation banking system through the capital and business alliance with SBI Holdings. He is 51 years old.
After taking office, he indicated that he would focus on drawing out the strengths of the systems already implemented, reviewing product design, including purpose-specific accounts, and raising awareness of the highly rated app. The bank plans to deepen employees' understanding of the functions and how to use them so that they can lead to proposals at branches.
The bank will apply the views of employees familiar with local residents' lives and the initiatives developed at each branch to sales activities. It also considers a “career ladder” necessary for personnel responsible for corporate lending to gain experience and plans to discuss how to build one. The bank aims to become one supported by customers while working through trial and error with its employees.
