Nippon Paint will exhibit at the Coatings and Painting Equipment Expo—Coating Japan—held as part of the 17th Highly-functional Material Week at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. Exhibitors will include Nippon Paint Industrial Coatings and Nippon Paint Marine, both part of the Nippon Paint Group. The exhibition booth is 41-40, within the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association booth.
Featured products will include Greenloop BMK, a biomass-balance inorganic paint that reduces CO2 emissions by up to 43% and has a service life of 20 years; the Danziora System, a heavy-duty anticorrosion coating system for salt-damage environments that received the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award from the technical development division; and Nippon Satbond Aqua, a provisional name for a highly adhesive water-based primer with a film thickness of approximately 1 μm. Group company Nippon Paint Marine will also exhibit Aqua Terrace antifouling bottom paint and Evercool thermal-insulating paint for ships.
Seminars will also be held, including a presentation from 13:00 on 1 October on new standards for paints required in the era of building GX. The speaker will be Yamamoto Yuki (山本有寿), who is expected to explain how Greenloop BMK and initiatives supporting CFP calculations can balance environmental performance with practical challenges.
Advance registration is required to attend, and registration through 4 September 2026 is free. An attendance registration fee will be charged from 5 September onward.
