成友興業 announced its earnings at midday on 6 November, reporting consolidated ordinary profit of ¥1.33 billion for the fiscal year ending September 2026, up 30.3% from the previous fiscal year. The result exceeded its previous forecast of ¥1.1 billion.
Consolidated ordinary profit for the latest three-month period, July-September, rose 15.0% year on year to ¥240 million, while the operating margin on sales deteriorated from 6.3% to 6.0%.
Ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2027 is expected to be ¥1.34 billion, up 0.6% from the previous fiscal year and broadly flat, with record-high profit expected for the fifth consecutive fiscal year.
