Pasona Group will hold the online webinar “Changing the Future of Reception and Front-Desk Services: Next-Generation Reception DX Enabled by BPO × Avatars” from 13:00 to 13:30 on Tuesday, 15 September 2026. Participation is free, and the webinar will be held online via Zoom. The webinar aims to share the challenges surrounding reception and front-desk services and the latest trends.
The seminar will introduce Pasona Group’s next-generation reception model, which uses BPO and avatars, based on actual implementation case studies. It will explain know-how that can improve the efficiency of reception operations and the quality of service, as well as operating methods combining avatars, AI and operators. It will also address the potential for advancing DX and optimizing operations across back-office functions.
