Laguna Garden Hotel in Okinawa began offering a limited-time autumn flavors lunch buffet and kaiseki cuisine at Waryu Dining Annon on 1 September 2026. Lunch is available daily, kaiseki cuisine is offered during the same period, and dinner is available on Fridays and Saturdays only.
Laguna Garden Hotel in Ginowan, Okinawa, will offer its autumn flavors lunch buffet and autumn kaiseki cuisine at Waryu Dining Annon for a limited time from 1 September 2026. The buffet features seasonal seafood and vegetables, including tempura, shabu-shabu and sushi, while the kaiseki menu carefully presents autumn flavors one dish at a time, from appetizers through dessert, combining local tuna, Pacific saury, silver salmon and sea grapes.
Sample menu categories include appetizers, hot dishes, tempura, shabu-shabu, oden, rice and dessert. Appetizers include candied sweet potatoes and pumpkin salad, hot dishes include mushrooms bound with egg and chawanmushi, and desserts include zenzai, matcha warabi mochi and three-color dumplings.
The autumn kaiseki menu combines seasonal flavors with Okinawan elements. Appetizers include chrysanthemum greens dressed with sauce, while the sashimi course features local tuna, vinegared Pacific saury, silver salmon and sea grapes. Grilled dishes include rice eggplant and duck served as dengaku, and simmered dishes include fish head and bones, island tofu, and mushroom mixed rice. Dessert consists of chilled zenzai, candied chestnuts and shiratama dumplings.
A limited-time sanshin live performance will be held during dinner, allowing guests to enjoy the music alongside Okinawan cuisine. Dinner is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 17:30 to 21:30, with last entry at 20:30. Dinner details and reservation information are also provided.
