As the fourth phase of the Fukushima reconstruction support project “FUKUSHIMA PROJECT,” Konaka will provide made-to-order suits and original logo T-shirts to the front-office staff of Iwaki FC. A presentation ceremony will be held on 9 October, and wearing will begin from the official matches in November.
As the fourth phase of the “FUKUSHIMA PROJECT,” Konaka is providing made-to-order suits and original logo T-shirts to the front-office staff of Iwaki FC, connecting communities and companies based in Fukushima Prefecture. As with its previous initiatives, the project aims to expand reconstruction support into regional contribution through sport.
The presentation ceremony was held on 9 October, and staff began wearing the items from Iwaki FC’s match against Blaublitz Akita in Matchday 10 of the 2026/27 Meiji Yasuda J2 League. Under the themes of contributing to the local community and progressing from reconstruction to growth, Iwaki FC is promoting community development centered on sport.
The made-to-order suits are tailored to each individual’s body shape, providing professional attire for matches, events and club operations. The original logo T-shirts will be worn during club operations and community activities, serving as items that bring the connection between Iwaki FC and the Hamadori region closer to the community.
The fourth phase is positioned as an initiative that expands Konaka’s previous partnerships with local communities and companies in Fukushima and delivers energy and hope to the region through the power of sport.
