DLE announced a collaboration with the Shoot Boxing Association. It will release collaboration merchandise, produce a video on spectator etiquette, and publish a training video depicting Yoshida-kun's move into professional fighting. DLE is working with the Shoot Boxing Association to release collaboration merchandise and produce the manners video “The Rules for Watching Shoot Boxing.” It will also release “Eye of the 鷹 〜吉田の挑戦〜,” made with the cooperation of prominent fighters, including the Yamada twins, with Yoshida-kun at the centre.
For the merchandise, FROGMAN, the creator of Eagle Talon, has drawn new artwork titled “Shoot Boxing Eagle Talon.” The artwork features illustrations of fighter Yamada Hyotaro (山田彪太朗), fighter Yamada Kotaro (山田虎矢太), fighter Katayama Kai (片山魁) and fighter RENA, and will appear on merchandise such as towels and acrylic stands. Quantities are limited, and sales at the event venue have been announced.
The manners video will be screened before bouts and during intermissions, providing an easy-to-understand explanation of the etiquette and rules for enjoying Shoot Boxing.
The event will be held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo on Saturday, 24 October 2026. Doors open at 17:00, bouts begin at 17:30, and the organiser is Caesar International. Information on cooperating hospitals and other matters is also provided.
In a comment, Yoshida-kun expresses his determination to confront the tyranny of Deluxe Fighter as a “champion of justice” and to aim for the Shoot Boxing junior championship (the “Junior Minomushi” weight class does not actually exist).
