FATHOM (Fathom), a mixed-use workplace created by renovating a 35-year-old building at 1-1-45 Nakameguro, will open in November 2026. Advance viewing dates have been announced, along with a special campaign for prospective tenants.
A 35-year-old building in the Nakameguro area will be renovated to create FATHOM (Fathom), a mixed-use facility comprising shops, offices and SOHO units, opening in November 2026. The first floor will contain retail units, while the upper floors will feature offices and SOHO units, including pet-friendly private spaces.
Shared facilities will include a communal lounge, a meeting room accommodating 8 people and phone booths, supporting a range of working styles, from individual concentration to team collaboration.
The three types of units are designed for their respective uses. The first-floor retail units can be used for food and beverage, retail sales or showrooms; the second-floor office units feature exposed ceilings and rugged interiors; and the third-floor SOHO units are contractually designated for residential use.
Advance viewings for prospective tenants will be held on 10 and 11 November 2026, and applicants who sign a lease during the viewing period will be offered a one-month rent-free campaign. Mural art by artist taiki kishimoto will also decorate the space.
