Matsukiyo Cocokara & Company will launch 2 new soup protein products, “Corn Cream” and “Clam Chowder,” from PERFORMA-X, the athlete-focused series of matsukiyo LAB, starting on 10 October.
A new soup protein product from PERFORMA-X, the athlete-focused series developed by Matsukiyo Cocokara & Company's matsukiyo LAB, is set to launch. The products being released this time are the 2 varieties Corn Cream and Clam Chowder.
Soup protein is intended to offer a new flavor option that can be consumed as part of a meal, with the convenience of providing the satisfaction of a full serving.
The new products will go on sale at Matsumoto Kiyoshi Group and Cocokara Fine Group stores nationwide, excluding some locations, and through the company's online store.
The products are being launched against a backdrop of an expanding protein market that has been dominated by sweet flavors, with the aim of providing flavor options that pair easily with breakfast or lunch.
