When PayPay is used to purchase eligible FANCL supplements, up to 10% of the purchase amount will be returned in PayPay Points at a later date. The campaign runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026, with a limit of 3,000 points for the campaign period. Points are scheduled to be awarded on a rolling basis by the end of January 2027.
Under this campaign, customers who pay with PayPay for eligible FANCL supplements at participating stores will receive PayPay Points equivalent to up to 10% of the purchase amount. Details are provided on participating stores, eligible products, the award limit and the award timing.
The award limit is 3,000 points in total during the campaign period, rather than 3,000 points per payment. Other companies’ payment services, including Alipay, KakaoPay and HIVEX, are excluded. Points are scheduled to be awarded on a rolling basis during the campaign period.
The points can be used at the official PayPay Store and PayPay Card official store, but cannot be withdrawn or transferred. They will not appear on the screen after payment and are scheduled to be awarded on a rolling basis by the end of January 2027.
Participating stores are those that accept PayPay payments and are listed on the campaign page, although some stores may be excluded. The JAN codes for eligible products can be checked in a separate PDF.
