Google has released details of the Pixel 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro XL and 11 Pro Fold, setting 20 August as the launch date. Preorders have opened on the Google Store, while carrier availability has yet to be determined. Prices have been announced by storage capacity, with pricing ranges provided for the 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro XL and 11 Pro Fold models.
The next-generation CPU has been upgraded to Tensor G6, while all models come with 12GB of memory. The display is a 6.3-inch Actua display with a resolution of 1080x2424 pixels, a 60Hz→120Hz refresh rate, maximum HDR brightness of 2000 nits and peak brightness of 3000 nits. Charging has been accelerated compared with previous models, with wireless charging supported at up to 25W. The camera system retains its triple-camera configuration, consisting of a 48MP wide-angle camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 10.8MP 5x telephoto camera, while Super Res Zoom has been improved to up to 30x.
The foldable Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold is approximately 19g lighter, while its outer secondary display is 0.1 inches larger. The inner foldable display remains 8 inches, as before. The redesigned hinge is said to deliver 3 times greater strength. Battery capacity, however, has decreased to 4,806mAh from the previous generation, and estimated real-world usage time is approximately 6 hours shorter.
As a Google Store benefit, customers who purchase the Pixel 11 Pro XL by 4 September will receive up to ¥49,900 worth of points for use on future purchases. A campaign has also been announced under which trade-in values for all models will be increased by at least ¥20,000, with trade-in values for the Pixel 9 Pro series reaching up to ¥87,100.
