ETSグループ posted substantial increases in revenue and profit for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026 and revised up its full-year consolidated forecast. Improved profitability in power-related construction and steady progress on large-scale projects are expected to strengthen its business portfolio by increasing the share of stock-based businesses and accelerate the enhancement of corporate value.
For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026, ETSグループ posted substantial increases in revenue and profit, with revenue of ¥8,738 million, up 9.3% year on year, operating profit of ¥949 million, up 71.0%, ordinary profit of ¥876 million, up 61.6%, and net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥519 million, up 57.9%. The company responded by revising up its full-year consolidated earnings forecast.
For the nine months through the third quarter, the power-related construction business grew significantly, generating revenue of ¥7,341 million and segment profit of ¥804 million. Additional construction work and strict cost and order-profitability management contributed to the result. The facilities business benefited from steady progress on high-voltage receiving and substation equipment work for data centers and renewable energy plants, while the real estate-related business expanded through building management and entry into new real estate management operations in Hiroshima. Although orders received fell by ¥3,012 million, the company secured an order backlog of ¥10,934 million due to the large volume of carried-over projects.
For the full year, the company forecasts revenue of ¥12,250 million, operating profit of ¥1,078 million, ordinary profit of ¥988 million and net income of ¥564 million, and expects to substantially exceed the final-year target of its 3-year medium-term plan. A favorable environment for power infrastructure investment is expected to continue, supported by the reshoring of data centers and semiconductor plants to Japan and ongoing investment in transmission networks.
The company has adopted a shareholder-return policy targeting total payout ratios of at least 30% and expects to pay an annual dividend of ¥23.0, an increase of ¥6.0 from the previous fiscal year. It also plans to introduce Amazon gift cards as a shareholder benefit, aiming for growth through both its stock-based businesses and high-profitability structure.
