Yachiyo, which operates Sushi-dokoro Yachiyo in Shinjuku, Tokyo, announced that it will open its first overseas store in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The store will be operated by the YAICHI Group, which runs the YAICHI Japanese product e-commerce site and other businesses. The group plans to offer dishes at prices equivalent to those in Japan.
The new store will be located in the Miramar Plaza commercial complex in Tsim Sha Tsui and will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. In addition to sushi and sashimi, it will offer more than 120 Japanese dishes, including tamagoyaki and grilled fish. It aims to maintain prices at levels equivalent to those at its Japanese locations.
Yachiyo President Nakase Kazuki (中瀬和樹) commented, “We want to offer delicious sushi at reasonable prices.” Members of the “YAICHI YACHIYO TOMO” membership program launched jointly by Yachiyo and YAICHI will be offered dishes at the same prices as in Japan.
