スパプラ has launched Skill Lens PRO, a skills assessment specializing in IT and product talent that reveals practical capabilities. An interview agent listens to the individual's job responsibilities and visualizes the extent to which the person can perform the work independently, with the aim of accumulating data useful for recruitment and development.
The assessment offers a PdM Skills Assessment for planning professionals and a PdE Skills Assessment for IT engineers. It consists of two parts: a review of job responsibilities and an AI coaching interview. It identifies the participant's career history, behavioral characteristics, practical capabilities, future challenges and action plan.
A corporate beta version was released in June 2026, and accuracy was verified in cooperation with multiple companies. After disparities between self-assessment data and actual capabilities became apparent, a new mechanism for scoring skills from dialogue data was formally introduced.
