サンセイランディック surged in afternoon trading after significantly revising upward its forecasts for the fiscal year ending December 2026 and its year-end dividend. The company also announced results for the six months ended June, with all key revenue and profit metrics improving significantly year on year.
サンセイランディック continued to trade strongly in afternoon trading and raised its consolidated forecasts for the fiscal year ending December 2026 and its year-end dividend forecast toward the end of the morning session. Under the new outlook, revenue was changed from ¥25.5 billion to ¥31.0 billion, operating profit from ¥2.4 billion to ¥3.68 billion, and net income from ¥1.33 billion to ¥2.19 billion.
The upward revisions reflect trends in the real estate market, as well as stronger sales capabilities and enhanced expertise in rights adjustment in the company’s core real estate sales business. Sales are expected to remain firm, led by land with leasehold rights and properties sold with existing fixtures and equipment.
The company also reported results for the six months ended June, posting revenue of ¥16.59 billion, up 14.3% year on year, operating profit of ¥2.573 billion, up 14.9%, and net income of ¥1.584 billion, up 12.3%.
The announcement identifies strengthened operating capabilities in the real estate sales business and market conditions as factors behind the improvement in earnings, which may also have affected the full-year outlook.
