新日本エネックス, based in Fukuoka, was selected as a 2026 Great Place to Work Certified company. This marks the fifth consecutive year since 2022, with the company’s initiatives in talent development, internal information sharing, and contributions to the local community receiving recognition.
新日本エネックス provides one-stop renewable energy solutions, including solar power generation and storage batteries for residential customers. Through a survey conducted by Great Place To Work Institute Japan, it was selected as a 2026 Great Place to Work Certified company.
This is the company’s fifth consecutive certification since 2022. Under the leadership of its Representative Director, the company has been recognized for creating an environment in which young employees can grow into site managers, through initiatives including the development of younger employees, overseas training, and the establishment of an independence support program.
Its initiatives include distributing to all employees a handbook-style book compiling the company’s philosophy and rules, sharing information through explanatory videos presented by the president himself, improving personnel policies and the workplace environment through surveys of all employees, and contributing to the local community and society.
