The urban redevelopment association for the Fujieda Station Front 1-chome 6-Block Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project has been established, and its founding general meeting was held on 5 November 2026. フージャースコーポレーション and 静岡鉄道 will continue to participate as association members and advance the project through public-private collaboration.
The urban redevelopment association for the Fujieda Station Front 1-chome 6-Block Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project has been established. The project covers an area of approximately 0.3 ha near the north exit of the station and involves フージャースコーポレーション, a Hoosiers Holdings Group company, and 静岡鉄道.
The project area is within 6, Fujieda Station Front 1-chome, Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture. The site area is approximately 1,642㎡ and the total floor area approximately 10,350㎡. The project is planned as a mixed-use development with 15 above-ground floors and a reinforced-concrete structure, combining commercial and office functions with residential space and creating pedestrian areas integrated with the sidewalks.
Under the project schedule, city planning approval was scheduled for fiscal 2024, project plan approval and establishment of the association for fiscal 2026, approval of the rights conversion plan for fiscal 2027, removal of existing buildings and commencement of main construction for fiscal 2028, and completion of the main construction for fiscal 2030.
As an overview of the companies, フージャースコーポレーション and 静岡鉄道 will jointly serve as the implementing entities and advance the project, which will include uses such as housing, retail, offices and bicycle parking.
