The reinforced-concrete building will have 12 stories above ground, with total floor area of approximately 1,999.91 square meters. The hotel is planned to have 41 rooms, with a range of room types measuring from 29.58 to 64.8 square meters.
The site covers 256.19 square meters and is a 1-minute walk from Hosui-Susukino Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Toho Line. Operations are scheduled to be handled by ABアコモ（株）.
The real estate sale and purchase agreement was signed on 26 September 2025, and the buyer has not been disclosed. Completion is scheduled for the end of January 2027. The company is also considering community-linked urban development and the future rollout of its own brand.
