Lopia Kazo Viva Mall, part of the OIC Group, will open on 21 October 2026 inside Viva Mall Kazo in Kazo, Saitama Prefecture. It will open in place of the former Kasumi Food Square Kazo store and adopt a sales-floor format with an expanded selection of Asian products.
Lopia Kazo Viva Mall, a large-format supermarket affiliated with the OIC Group, will open on 21 October 2026 at Viva Mall Kazo in Kazo, Saitama Prefecture. The site is inside Viva Mall Kazo, a mixed-use commercial complex that opened in 2006, and forms part of the complex's core retail area. As at its other stores, Lopia is promoting a food theme-park concept, with produce, meat, seafood and prepared foods departments.
Lopia Kazo Viva Mall will open in place of the former Kasumi Food Square Kazo store. Its sales floor will feature sections named after neighbourhood shops, including Yaoyamono Azuma, Niku no Lopia, Nihonbashi Uoman and GOCHISOU marche, adopting a similar concept to the local group of stores.
A new K Foods & Asia Trip section will combine Korean food and cosmetics selected using REACO's knowledge and procurement network with food products from China and Southeast Asia. The concept is intended to create the excitement of choosing products while travelling. The store design also follows this concept.
