The seminar highlights the speaker, collaboration cases, and other key aspects of the event.
China’s humanoid market is moving from the proof-of-concept stage toward a stage of validating and calculating ROI. The presentation introduced global trends, focusing on data such as shipment volumes and developments at leading companies. It also provided an overview of the ecosystem across China, including cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou.
Japan-China collaboration was presented as a relationship aimed at co-creation rather than competition. Examples of collaboration between Japanese and Chinese companies were introduced, along with support measures including investment and capital alliances, proof-of-concept projects, the establishment of local entities, and government coordination. The potential for collaboration was illustrated through cases involving EVs, robots, and batteries.
The presentation featured Zhu Zhenming (朱真明), Director/Analyst in the Innovation Acceleration Division of 匠新 (Jiangxin), in a discussion with the editor-in-chief of ロボスタ, followed by a question-and-answer session. The seminar’s main topics included data analysis of China’s humanoid market, comparisons of major companies, comparisons with global markets, the latest trends, Japan-China collaboration cases, and the current state, strengths, and challenges of Japanese companies.
