ハクオウロボティクス has revamped the product and pricing structure for its AutoFork Walkie automated forklift, offering an entry-level model from ¥6.4 million (excluding tax) that can be expanded in stages to meet site-specific needs.
Based on operational needs identified through the rollout of the AutoFork Lite at sites to date, the company has improved the product with functions such as separate adjustment of travel speeds for straight-line and turning movements, and temporary stops between routes when travelling through intersections or passing through shutters. It has redesigned the configuration so that functions can be added as one-time-purchase options. The AutoFork Walkie has been reconfigured and will be offered as the entry-level model.
The unit is priced at ¥6.4 million (excluding tax), including a charger, 20 reflective poles and an in-vehicle touch monitor. Users can set the transport routes and operating parameters themselves. Required functions can be added as one-time-purchase options, and customers can also select the Maintenance and Updates service, which provides software updates and ongoing support for ¥50,000 per month (excluding tax).
