PayPay announced that top-ups from and new registrations of certain bank accounts will be unavailable during maintenance from 23:00 on 30 October 2026 to 23:59 on 31 October 2026.
The system maintenance period will run from 23:00 on Friday, 30 October 2026 to 23:59 on Saturday, 31 October 2026. The maintenance period may be extended or shortened. This maintenance will suspend top-ups from bank accounts and the registration of new bank accounts.
The affected financial institutions are Akita Bank, Senshu Ikeda Bank, Tottori Bank, Shikoku Bank, Oita Bank and Nishi-Nippon City Bank.
PayPay has provided information on the scope of the impact during the maintenance period and the affected institutions on its information page and in its announcements. It also advises users to check related information, as maintenance may also be scheduled for other financial institutions separately.
Users are expected to check the timing of service resumption after the maintenance ends and the latest information on the affected financial institutions.
