JDSC will enter into a partnership with DevRev Japan合同会社 and implement and test DevRev's AI platform, Computer, in-house to assess the automation of internal inquiry handling and information searches.
JDSC announced that it has entered into a solution partnership agreement with DevRev Japan合同会社. Going forward, JDSC will establish a framework to market, resell, implement and support the use of Computer, DevRev's enterprise AI platform.
As a first step, JDSC will implement and test Computer internally to improve the efficiency of responding to inquiries using internal knowledge, searching internal information and automating business processes, with the aim of enhancing its practical applicability.
Computer connects with existing business systems and supports self-service, while helping automate routine operations through functions such as information access, approval-condition configuration and audit-log management. The companies aim to strengthen implementation support for enterprises based on insights gained through in-house testing.
The planned testing initiatives include improving the efficiency of responding to inquiries using internal knowledge, automating IT inquiries, obtaining and storing audit logs for operational processes, automating repetitive work in the information systems department, and sharing information across multiple tools.
