Nabtesco Corporation’s automatic door advertising service has commenced operations at Saitama University, expanding the network to 16 media outlets. The signage has been installed at the entrance to the First Cafeteria to support awareness among university students and employer branding.
Nabtesco Corporation announced that it will begin operating its automatic door advertising service at Saitama University in October 2026. The service uses digital signage installed on automatic doors on university campuses. Saitama University is a national university with approximately 7,000 enrolled students, and the initiative aims to support companies’ brand awareness and employer branding by disseminating information along pedestrian routes on campus.
With the introduction at Saitama University, the number of locations hosting the service will increase from 15 to 16. The signage will be installed at the entrance to the First Cafeteria and is scheduled to provide students with an ongoing flow of information through digital signage installed at entrances and exits on campus.
The automatic door advertising service uses signage installed at the entrances to facilities used regularly, such as university co-op stores and student cafeterias, enabling information to be delivered along everyday pedestrian routes in addition to through posters and tray advertising. It also supports the visualisation of advertising effectiveness by measuring the number of people passing through with automatic door sensors.
Nabtesco Corporation said it will continue expanding its automatic door signage network and work to enhance its value as an advertising platform that supports awareness among university students and employer branding.
