Tokyu Land Corporation has completed LOGI’Q Kobe Shinnagata, a new logistics facility serving as a wide-area logistics hub connecting the Kanto and Kyushu regions. An outdoor break area, Green Port, developed using 3D-printing technology, is also included to strengthen the facility’s transshipment function in the Kansai region.
Tokyu Land Corporation has completed LOGI'Q Kobe Shinnagata, a newly built logistics facility in Nagata Ward, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, and the fourth facility in the LOGI'Q series. The completion date was 31 August 2026. This is the company’s third development in the Kansai region, following Hirakata, Kumiyama and Minami-Ibaraki.
As part of its use of vacant space through 3D-printing technology, the property includes an outdoor break area, Green Port, developed in collaboration with セレンディクス. The project demonstrates a construction method requiring less labor, fewer labor hours and imposing a lower environmental burden.
The facility is located approximately 2.3 km from the Minatogawa Interchange on the Hanshin Expressway Route 3, approximately 3.7 km from the Kobe-Nagata Interchange on the Kita-Kobe Route, and approximately 1.7 km from JR Kobe Freight Terminal Station. The first and second floors have 44 truck berths for large trucks, and the multi-tenant facility can accommodate up to 6 tenants. A solar power generation system with a maximum output of 1,500 kW has been installed on the roof, with the renewable energy intended for sale to external parties.
One 3D-printed column can be manufactured in under 1 hour, and the facility can be completed in approximately 1.5 days after transporting and assembling the components. The initiative aims to create new value through the use of vacant space and reduce the need for labor at logistics sites.
The property combines features including CASBEE A certification and the Green Cross Park initiative as an environmentally considerate logistics facility.
Tokyu Land Corporation has stated that it will continue working with セレンディクス to create value in industrial real estate through the use of 3D-printing technology.
