rakumo Inc. and AvePoint Japan today officially launched “rakumo Workflow for Microsoft 365” as an add-on product for Microsoft 365. This completes the rakumo Basic pack, adding the workflow product to the previously available rakumo Calendar, rakumo Contact and rakumo Board.
“rakumo Workflow for Microsoft 365” is a workflow system designed to support approval and application processes at Japanese companies. It features an intuitive UI/UX and allows users to view application progress and approval routes in a single list. It also supports complex approval flows, including conditional branching, proxy approvals, joint approvals and multi-stage approvals.
The system enables setup and operation without reliance on the information systems department. Application templates and approval routes can be configured without specialist knowledge, and permissions can be assigned by business division or group company. Integration with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Entra ID is also highlighted as allowing the system to be used naturally within day-to-day operations. Features such as AI-assisted creation of application templates and AI search are scheduled to be introduced in stages.
“rakumo Workflow for Microsoft 365” is priced at ¥500 per user per month, excluding tax. The rakumo Basic pack for Microsoft 365, comprising workflow, calendar, board and contact, is priced at ¥750 per user per month, excluding tax, a 46% discount from the regular price.
