Revenue for the fiscal year ended August 2026 was ¥1.7874 billion, comprising ¥1.36652 billion from the construction segment, or 76.5%, and ¥420 million from the property management segment, or 23.5%. Revenue fell approximately 40% from approximately ¥3.1 billion in the previous year because delays in construction schedules, material supplies and approvals deferred revenue recognition, but an improvement in the cost ratio kept the operating margin at the same level as in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue for the fiscal year ending August 2027 is expected to total ¥3 billion, comprising ¥2.5 billion from the construction segment and ¥500 million from the property management segment. The company has a track record of constructing day-service facilities and emphasizes its aim of supporting long-term growth in landowners' asset values.
