AIストーム co-hosted a special seminar with 日本ヒューマンキャピタル, featuring Mizuno Genki (水野元気), at WeWork Shibuya Scramble Square. The theme was “Where does passion strong enough to overcome fear come from?” and the seminar focused on the idea that making a decision creates passion.
The seminar was co-hosted by AIストーム株式会社 and 日本ヒューマンキャピタル株式会社 and held at WeWork Shibuya Scramble Square in Shibuya, Tokyo, with Mizuno Genki (水野元気), Representative Director of 株式会社情熱, serving as the speaker. The theme was the relationship between decision-making and passion. Mizuno Genki (水野元気) introduced the idea that it is important to “make the decision first” and then put the necessary conditions in place.
Drawing on his own experience, Mizuno Genki (水野元気) described training programs delivered to the Financial Services Agency and the Omron Group, among others, and cited training implementations at more than 800 companies and a track record of developing more than 48,000 people. While looking back on his motivation for starting a business and the challenges he faced, he discussed the order of decision-making and conditions and explained how the approach could also be applied to management and business execution.
As an example from an event, Mizuno Genki (水野元気) described spending a month promoting an event planned for around 1,500 attendees outside Tachikawa Station and ultimately attracting approximately 1,480 people. He used this experience to reinforce the idea that passion begins with a decision and that action moves those around you.
The question-and-answer session covered audience recruitment, team building and ways to draw out team members’ passion, with the importance of leaders demonstrating wholehearted action highlighted. The seminar provided an opportunity to examine both the sequence of “decision → action → empathy → involving those around you” and ways to sustain passion over the long term.
