Open House Group will conduct a demonstration project in Shizuoka City from the 31st. At the venue, a Japan-made AI-equipped humanoid performed a dance accompanied by improvised rap.
Open House Group, a major real estate company, held a press conference for a sponsored event at its Tokyo head office and announced that it would conduct a demonstration project in Shizuoka City from the 31st. The project will be held as part of the Future Festival Lab at the venue of the Daidogei World Cup in Shizuoka 2026.
The press conference introduced store payments using stablecoins for tipping, as well as a stamp rally combining virtual and physical reality using Roblox, an online game creation system. The demonstration that attracted particular attention featured a humanoid dancing to AI-generated rap.
Highlanders and others involved in the development of Japan-made humanoids are participating in the project. At the site, the robot generated rhyming rap using prompts provided on the spot and was shown moving in time with the audio. The event is positioned as part of regional revitalization through collaboration with local governments and regional companies.
A company spokesperson involved in collaboration with Shizuoka City said that cooperation with local governments and regional companies could also contribute to the real estate business, emphasizing the significance of proposing new technologies.
