RIHGA Royal Hotel Hiroshima will offer Christmas limited-edition cakes made with Amaou strawberries on 24 and 25 December 2026, in limited quantities and by reservation only. Reservations are accepted from 24 September to 21 December, and cakes can be collected at Dining Luore on the first floor of the hotel.
Fraise Royale uses 30 Amaou strawberries and is decorated with a white chocolate carriage. The sides are enclosed in strawberry chocolate, while the interior is layered with crème mousseline, sponge cake and biscuit Joconde. When sliced, large strawberries appear inside.
Noël Rouge uses 20 Amaou strawberries and is made as a shortcake. It is topped with snowflakes, round strawberry jelly, white chocolate snowflakes and freeze-dried strawberries, creating a contrast between the white cream and red fruit.
Fraise Royale is priced at ¥14,000 and Noël Rouge at ¥10,000. The former is approximately 15 cm in diameter and 16 cm high, while the latter is approximately 15 cm in diameter and 14 cm high. Each is available in a limited number. Collection is available from 11:00 to 20:00, and reservations can be made by telephone or through the official website.
