BRANU shares hit the ¥1,140 limit-up price, ¥150 higher than at the end of the previous week, after the company raised its full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2026. The revision was attributed to growth in CAREECON and productivity gains from the use of AI.
Shares of BRANU (460A), which provides digital transformation support to small and midsize construction companies, hit the ¥1,140 limit-up price on the 14th, ¥150 higher than at the end of the previous week. Investors viewed the company’s 11th announcement that it had raised its full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2026 as a buying catalyst.
Under the new forecast, revenue was raised from ¥2.8 billion to ¥2.955 billion and operating profit from ¥395 million to ¥469 million. Ordinary profit was revised to ¥452 million and net profit to ¥292 million.
The revision reflected new contract wins for CAREECON, the company’s core matching media platform, as well as upselling of CAREECON Plus to existing customers, with recurring revenue continuing to build steadily.
The increase was supported by higher development and sales productivity through the use of AI, along with growing demand for digital transformation among small and midsize construction companies. Nine-month cumulative revenue for November 2025 through July 2026 was ¥2.078 billion, while operating profit was ¥308 million, putting progress toward the full-year forecast at approximately 70% for revenue and 66% for operating profit.
The market is placing greater value on the steady buildup of recurring revenue, increasing interest in BRANU’s medium-term earnings base.
