F&M announced that it will begin providing an MCP server that enables generative AI to directly operate business systems within its cloud software for social insurance and labor and social security attorneys. The service is scheduled to launch in November 2026 and will promote practical automation through conversion into an AI agent.
F&M announced that it will begin providing the Office Station Pro MCP Server from November 2026 for Office Station Pro, its cloud software for social insurance and labor and social security attorney offices. The new service aims to convert the software into an AI agent that automatically handles tasks such as retrieving data and preparing filing data.
Labor shortages are becoming increasingly severe in the industry, driving demand for automation beyond conventional procedural support. As the MCP standard becomes more widespread, an environment is emerging in which generative AI can autonomously work with external systems. While other companies are also enhancing automatic data-entry functions, F&M is moving ahead with direct AI operation.
The new server will function as the “hands and feet” connecting AI with business systems, progressively automating 3 stages: searching, reading and executing. Tasks such as extracting eligible individuals, retrieving attendance and payroll data, and preparing, registering and updating forms will be performed on the premise that a person reviews them before final submission.
The system incorporates usage-permission restrictions and activity-log retention for safety. By gradually expanding the scope of tasks that can be entrusted to AI, the company aims to shift social insurance and labor and social security attorneys toward advanced labor consulting services.
