NF Holdings announced on 28 October 2026 that ordinary income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027 had been raised from the previous forecast of ¥410 million to ¥560 million. Meanwhile, the full-year ordinary income forecast was held at the previous forecast of ¥1.0 billion.
NF Holdings raised its cumulative second-quarter ordinary income forecast from the previous forecast of ¥410 million to ¥560 million. Ordinary income was ¥270 million in the same period of the previous year, and the revised forecast is approximately 1.2 times that level.
The full-year ordinary income forecast for the current fiscal year remains at ¥1.0 billion. The revision is based on the outlook for second-quarter results and does not affect the full-year plan.
The reasons for the revision included solid sales, particularly of custom products in the measurement and control device and power supply and power control fields, as well as the expectation that operating income, ordinary income and interim net income would exceed the previous forecasts due to improvements in procurement and productivity amid rising material prices and other conditions.
