Two deals supported by 日本M&Aセンター have been nominated for the inaugural M&A Awards 2026. The final event is scheduled for 10 December 2026.
Two deals involving 日本M&Aセンター have been selected as nominees for the M&A Awards 2026, hosted by the General Incorporated Association M&A Support Organizations Association. The deal representatives will give presentations at the final event.
The first nominated deal is a growth-strategy M&A transaction involving ownership changing from ヤマネホールディングス in Yamaguchi Prefecture to Integral. The second is a business succession transaction involving all shares changing from 道南石油 in Hokkaido to 三和エナジー in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Both deals are regarded as highly significant socially, as they aim not only to resolve succession issues but also to maintain employee employment and the continuing role of the businesses in their local communities.
As 日本M&Aセンター Group marks its 35th anniversary, it is setting out future growth strategies in connection with the nomination of the deals.
