Kisarazu City completed the ninth edition of "Kisarazu City Living Guide 2026" with advertisements in September 2026 and began distributing it free of charge to all households, with expenses covered by advertising fees from local businesses and organizations. Copies will be distributed to newly relocating households at the time of moving-in procedures at the Civic Affairs Division and the Togiota Branch Office. The guide is intended to support residents' daily lives by providing administrative, disaster preparedness and tourism information.
An electronic book version has been published and can be viewed on PCs and smartphones via an app. The publication consists of multiple PDF links covering the cover and publication background, the life-cycle index, an overview of Kisarazu, information tools, local events and specialty products, and transportation and medical guides.
The PDF links list the cover and publication background (p. 1); the table of contents, life-cycle index, overview and information tools (pp. 2–9); the Kisarazu map, counter information, events, specialty products, bicycle tours and important cultural properties (pp. 10–25); and disaster preparedness and emergency guides (pp. 26–34). Other sections include administrative guides, consultations, notifications and certificates, national health insurance, pensions, taxes and health, and childbirth, childcare and education.
